In 2009 Alberta was proud to but a spotlight on some of their best and brightest. This series, 12 web docs in all, exemplifies the Spirit of Alberta as defined by the Alberta Cultural and Community Spirit Department.
Georgette Reid, the daughter of an iconic Canadian Football player, started out as a competitive swimmer then switched to compete in track and field on the international stage and represented Canada in the Olympics.
